Gotland Sheep
Gotland sheep are a multi-use, hardy Swedish breed known for their beautiful, naturally curly grey fleece prized by hand-spinners. They have a calm and friendly temperament, thriving on pasture and making them a great fit for sustainable farming. They are perfect for keeping fields healthy while producing incredibly soft fiber. We love raising Gotlands for their gentle nature, strong mothering instincts, and the unique character they bring to our farm.

About our farm
Meet a few of our expectant Gotland ewes (three are registered) and our many all-black lambs. In several months, their colors will gradually change into a creme, a dark charcoal, or something in-between. You’ll also see our Irish Sport Draft horse, Starry Night, and her little mystery sheep sidekick, Waffle (the lone sheep in photo) who Starry is fully convinced is a horse.
